Shipping
Shipping is offered worldwide, wherever allowed. Items will ship as soon as possible but please allow a few days for orders to process. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and a tracking number will be issued at the time of shipment.
Shipping times may vary, but if your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to me! I will do my very best to help resolve the situation.
Be sure to take time to review your shipping information. Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, I cannot change the address information.
Orders may be rejected if shipping costs are significantly outside of predictable rates. I will do my best to communicate with you should this happen.
International Shipping
As the buyer, you will be responsible for any customs duties, fees, and taxes that may apply. It is encouraged that you check with your customs office to obtain information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply before purchasing.
If an order is returned by customs, and if it is requested, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs for additional delivery attempts, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Packaging
Dolls may either be shipped in a cardboard box or padded envelope. All dolls will be wrapped in kraft or tissue paper.
Refunds and Returns
Cancellations of orders and refunds are allowed up to 24 hours after purchase.
Returns are not accepted. Should you experience a problem with your purchase, please get in touch with me via email or the contacts page.
The Dolls
Each of my dolls are handmade and one of a kind. I create them using a variety of materials, including new, recycled, and naturally dyed fabric and yarn. Many of the skin tones are achieved by using muslin that I either leave as is, or dye with coffee, tea, or plants from my garden, giving them unique color variations. The dolls are firmly stuffed with organic raw cotton fiber and bits of cotton seed can sometimes be seen through the fabric.
My dolls are sometimes made with fasteners such as buttons, clasps, or other small objects. They are best suited for gentle play. I will state clearly if a doll is not intended for children in the individual listing.
Being handmade, the dolls will vary from one another and may even have small ‘imperfections’. I wholeheartedly believe that this gives handmade items their unique charm and I encourage others to embrace the perfectly imperfect qualities these dolls possess.
Doll Care
Spot clean only. Because of their handmade nature and the materials used, these dolls cannot be machine washed. Removable clothing pieces may be gently hand washed with a gentle soap and air dried.
